Release stagnation and increase vitality this spring season with gentle yoga, healthy eating, and creative rituals designed to support and restore your digestive system.

Spring is the time to release winter stagnation, rest & reset the digestive system, and restore our natural balance. This 3 -part workshop provides pranayama and yoga to help stoke your digestive fire, encourages you to eat healthy and easy-to-digest-foods, and provides creative/ritual support to you in a compassionate, self-care focused way. This is a body positive offering.

Each week we will:

  • Purify and awaken with Pranayama & Mantra

  • Stoke your digestive fire with a Digestive Support Yoga Sequence

  • Engage in a Self-Care Ritual/Creative Activity for inspiration and support

  • Finish with a Food Exchange to provide extra healthy meals for the week

Workshop cost: $180 - Space is limited to 6 students. **Tuition includes online support with recipes and recommendations, a digestive support yoga sequence home practice, and all materials for creative activity. Students are expected to participate in food exchange.
