Immerse yourself in 6 weeks of a heart-centered practice that the world needs most right now... This meditation series will allow you to find an inner refuge and sanctuary within which to develop the heart's strength and confidence. A powerful practice to share in a group setting. 

In this class, you will:
• Practice loving-kindness with guided meditations in 4 forms - seated, walking, standing, and lying down
• Discover the origins of this meditation technique rooted in the Buddhist practice of "Metta"
• Learn how to integrate loving-kindness into daily life
• Grow the strength, confidence, wisdom, and compassion of the heart

Carol Grimes is yoga/meditation teacher and has studied and practiced loving-kindness meditation with Buddhist teachers from the U.S. and Burma for the past 7 years. Of all the practices Carol has undertaken, loving-kindness has been the most helpful for creating confidence and connection in her life. She has a Master of Public Health and a previous career in health research.
