HALf-Day loving-kindness retreat
SUNDAY, March 3rd, 12:30-4:30pm

Location - NE Portland Studio - near Concordia University
This half-day retreat is designed for students who have taken the 6-week "Loving-Kindness Practice” or for those who feel like they have a grounded background in the Metta tradition. This is an opportunity to meditate and practice with a group in a protected, supportive, and quiet setting for an extended period of time. We will continue to grow the heart’s capacity in kindness and compassion. Please plan to stay for the duration of the retreat to help keep the energy cohesive.
Retreat Fee: $50 (cash or check) will be collected at the door. Fill out registration form below to save your space. Limited scholarships available - please contact instructor if interested.
Please bring your own meditation supplies i.e. cushion/pillow and blanket to sit on the floor. Chairs available upon request.
