Yoga for Nourishment & Healing

Deepen your relationship to your body, feel connected, and find the space to nourish and heal. 

I teach a mindful, therapeutic flow designed to open, strengthen and release body and mind. My classes are meant to help bring you a sense of ease and restoration, as well as prepare you for the possibility of a deeper inner practice.


MONDAYS

10:15-11:30AM  -  gentle/restore -  NECC

7:00-8:15PM  -  moon yoga  -  ME FITNESS


TUESDAYS

9:00-10:15AM  -  gentle  -  UNFOLD

12:00-1:00PM  -  mindful flow I -  UNFOLD

Please note: my last Moon Yoga class at ME Fitness will be 12/18. I will be adding new classes to my schedule in the Spring... stay tuned!
